New Home Construction

Complete excavation and site work — one crew from lot clearing to final grade.

New home construction site with excavator and septic field installation

One call. Every shovel of dirt.

Building a new home is complicated enough without juggling five different excavation crews. We provide a complete site work package — clearing the lot, digging the foundation, backfilling, trenching for utilities, installing the septic system, and grading the property when the build is done.

Builders, contractors, and owner-builders all work with us because we show up, hit the schedule, and don't leave loose ends. Whether you're putting up a cottage, a custom home, or a country property, we have the equipment and the crew to handle the whole site.

  • Coordinated with your builder and trades
  • Modern, well-maintained equipment
  • Septic design & install on the same job
  • Permits and inspections handled

Scope of work

Everything site-related, in one package

We tailor the scope to your build. Some clients want the whole package, others bring us in for specific phases — either works.

Lot clearing

Trees, brush, stumps and debris removed and hauled away to open up the building envelope.

Basement & slab excavation

Full basements, walkouts, crawl spaces or slab-on-grade prep — dug to your foundation drawings.

Backfill & compaction

Foundation backfilled and compacted in lifts once the foundation is poured and waterproofed.

Utility trenching

Trenches for hydro, water, gas and communication lines, dug and backfilled to spec.

Septic system installation

Design, permit and install your septic system while we're already on site — one efficient build.

Final grading

Rough and finish grading to shed water away from the foundation and set up your landscaping.

Planning a new build?

Get us involved early. The sooner we see the lot and the plans, the better we can advise on access, soil, drainage, and septic placement — saving you headaches and money once the build starts.
