Shorelines
Permits, planning, and construction — we handle the entire shoreline project from start to finish, any time of year.

From permits to finished shoreline
Shoreline work is one of the most regulated jobs you can take on at the cottage — and one of the most important. We handle the entire process: permits with the waterway, approvals with the conservation authority, construction, and final cleanup. You sign one contract, we take care of the rest.
Whether you're protecting an eroding bank, rebuilding after ice damage, or upgrading to a clean armour stone wall, we build shorelines that stand up to wind, waves, and decades of seasons.
- Free on-site consultation
- Waterway and conservation authority permitting
- Erosion control and silt curtains during construction
- Armour stone walls or rip-rap revetments
- Geotextile, base prep, and proper drainage
- Cleanup and final grading after completion
The whole project, start to finish
Permits Handled
We manage the paperwork with the waterway authorities and conservation authority so you don't have to.
Armour Stone & Rip-Rap
Custom-built shorelines that stop erosion, withstand ice and waves, and look like they belong.
Year-Round Installs
We work right through winter — your shoreline is finished and ready to enjoy when summer arrives.
Built to Code
Proper geotextile, drainage, and stone sizing — engineered to meet authority requirements and last.
Build in winter — enjoy it all summer
Most contractors pack up when the lakes freeze. We don't. Winter is actually one of the best times to build a shoreline — frozen ground means cleaner site access, less disturbance, and your project is finished and ready before the dock goes back in.
Spring, summer, fall, or mid-January — we'll plan the build around your timeline, the permit window, and the conditions on the lake.

Protect your shoreline. Enjoy your waterfront.
One call, one contractor — permits through to finished shoreline. Serving Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton, Muskoka, Durham, Simcoe, and Peterborough.
